Dale's background also includes significant contributions as a People Excellence Coach at Retzos Group, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, training delivery, HR support, and performance management. Before that, Dale held leadership positions at Selmar Institute of Education and Subway, focusing on human resources and operational oversight.
