Tom Micks

Tom Micks has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Tom started their career at ADP in 2001 as a Technical Coordinator and Lead Senior Technical Support Analyst, where they managed escalations and facilitated product defect resolution. In 2004, they joined Audatex as a Wintel System Administrator and Lead Infrastructure Administrator, overseeing Tier 3 infrastructure support for various server OS platforms. In 2009, they started their own company, IT Foundation Solutions, LLC, where they served as the Owner and Lead Systems Architect. In 2011, they joined Mercedes-Benz Financial Services USA LLC as a Senior Infrastructure Administrator, responsible for server, VM, and backup infrastructure support. In 2016, they took over the role of Wintel Lead for Mercedes-Benz Financial Services NAFTA. Tom Micks has extensive experience in server, VM, and backup infrastructure support, as well as change management and vendor relations.

Tom Micks attended Cleary University and studied Information Technology.
