Kimberly Carey

Kimberly Carey has over 25 years of experience in database administration, currently serving as a Senior SQL Server DBA at Daimler Trucks North America since June 2002, where management of over 140 SQL Server installations and their databases is a primary responsibility. Previously, Kimberly held the position of DBA Manager at Time Warner Telecom and GST Telecom, overseeing teams handling Sybase and Oracle databases. Additional roles include Lead Database Administrator at GST Telecom, where database administration functions for Sybase and SQL Server were performed, and Database Administrator at Credence, focusing on administration and security for multiple database systems. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical/Computer Engineering from Portland State University and an Associate of Science in General Studies from Clackamas Community College.
