Majid Sobhani

Majid Sobhani is a seasoned expert in autonomous driving and software architecture, currently serving as the Product Owner at Mercedes-Benz AG since November 2021, leading a team in the design of scalable software architectures for SAE L3/L4 driving. Prior to this, Majid held multiple roles at Continental from January 2016 to November 2021, including Principal Engineer and Technical Lead, focusing on model-based system design and safety management for autonomous systems. Majid's earlier experience includes research roles at the Center for Advanced Security Research Darmstadt and work as a software architect and developer in various technology companies. Majid holds an MBA from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Technische Universität Darmstadt, among other qualifications.
