Matthias Lilke

Matthias Lilke has extensive experience at Daimler AG since 2010, currently serving as Program Director for the MFA2 successor in China, where responsibilities include aligning product offerings with Chinese market requirements. Previous roles include Overall Project Lead for a licensing cooperation with a major Chinese automotive company, overseeing engineering specifications, contract drafting, and logistics coordination across three continents. Lilke also led development projects for large SUVs, managing design, planning, and budgeting, and was involved in defining change management processes for Mercedes Benz Cars. Prior experience at Daimler Protics GmbH focused on engineering and cost change management analysis. Matthias Lilke holds an eq. of Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering from GDS Böblingen and has pursued studies at the University of Alberta and the University of Stuttgart.
