Colleen D'Souza has extensive experience in human resources and accounting, currently serving as General Manager of Human Resources at Mercedes-Benz India Pvt. Ltd. since 2015. Prior roles at Mercedes-Benz India include Deputy General Manager of Performance Management, Learning & Development, and Deputy General Manager of Talent Acquisition & People Development. Before this, Colleen D'Souza worked as a Manager in accounting at both Mercedes-Benz India Pvt. Ltd. and Mercedes Benz International School. Additional experience includes managerial positions at Kotak Securities and Forbes Marshall, focusing on accounting and operations. Colleen D'Souza holds a Masters in Commerce and a Bachelors in Commerce, both obtained from Neville Wadia Institute of Management Studies and Research and St. Anne's High School, respectively.
