Reuben R. has a diverse work experience in various companies. Reuben started their career in Shell as a Learning and Development Consultant, where they designed and delivered soft skill learning programs and collaborated with stakeholders to align the learning agenda with business goals. In 2011, they joined Unilever as an Assistant Manager Leadership Development for Malaysia and Singapore. From 2012 to 2014, Reuben worked as the Regional Manager for Human Resource Development in Mercedes-Benz, overseeing Asia Pacific and Africa. Subsequently, they took on the role of Human Resources Regional Market Manager for Daimler in Central/Eastern Europe, Africa, and Asia. Currently, Reuben holds the position of Head of HR Global Performance Operations in Mercedes-Benz Malaysia.
Reuben R. completed their BA (Hons) in Business & Human Resource Management from the University of Sunderland from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they pursued their STPM - A Levels from St. John's Institution, Kuala Lumpur between 2000 and 2003.
