The Vehicle Service and Maintenance team at Mercedes-Benz of Austin is responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are in optimal condition. This team handles routine maintenance, performs repairs, diagnoses and troubleshoots complex issues, and provides exceptional customer service. Comprised of highly skilled technicians, a service manager, shop foreman, and service coordinator, the team works cohesively to maintain the high standards of the Mercedes-Benz brand while ensuring customer satisfaction and vehicle reliability.
