Cecil Sims is an experienced automotive professional with a strong background in fixed operations management and service excellence. Currently serving as Fixed Operations Director at Mercedes-Benz of Birmingham since April 2016, Cecil oversees after-sales operations. Prior roles include Parts & Service Director at Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar, Volvo of Oklahoma City, managing all operational aspects from November 2004 to December 2015, and Fixed Operations Director at Glauser Mercedes in Sarasota, Florida, from January 1991 to February 2004. Additionally, Cecil held the position of Parts Manager at Tampa Volvo from August 1987 to December 1990, focusing on inventory management and sales growth. Educational credentials include completion of the NADA GM Program in Automotive Dealership Management and studies at the University of South Florida.
