Currently serving in Guest Services at Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati since June 2017, Kaitlyn previously held the position of Receptionist at Jaguar Land Rover from July 2013 to May 2017. Additionally, Kaitlyn gained experience as a Sales Representative at Sprint from August 2015 to September 2016. Educationally, Kaitlyn completed studies at Lakota West between 2011 and 2014.

Dana, our owner, is originally from Paintsville,Ky. He moved to Lexington,Ky in 1969 to attend college. His Mercedes-Benz career began in 1971 on a part time basis. By the early '80's he was a key contributor in running James Motor Co. In 1987 he was given the opportunity of a lifetime to own and operate a Mercedes-Benz dealership in Cincinnati. Dana is unique in the fact he learned the car business from the Service side. Most car dealers have a Sales background. Service has always been a point of emphasis at Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati. Dana has also created a work environment for his employees that rewards commitment. He has 10 employees with experience from 15-23 years. He understands that good people are what makes a business successful.
