Shawn Brown

Shawn Brown possesses extensive experience in the automotive service industry, currently serving as the Service Director at Mercedes-Benz of Fort Mitchell since August 2016. Prior to this role, Shawn held the position of Service Manager at Mercedes-Benz of Plano for a brief period in 2016 and was a Client Service Consultant and AMG Expert at Mercedes-Benz of Fort Mitchell from 2013 to 2015. Early in the career, Shawn worked as a Service Advisor at The BMW Store and as General Manager at Bavarian Motor Service. Additionally, Shawn has experience in retail management from a role as Store Manager at Radio Shack Corporation and in emergency services as a Dispatcher for Rural Metro Ambulance. Education was completed at Archbishop Moeller High School, graduating in 1992.
