Kristin Weber

Kristin Weber is a Project Management Specialist at Mercedes-Benz U.S. International, Inc., responsible for the ramp-up of the company's first US battery plant in Bibb County, Alabama, and related electric vehicle projects since January 2023. Prior to this role, Kristin held various positions at Mercedes-Benz AG, including Project Coordinator and Agile Coach for strategic electric vehicle projects from December 2019 to January 2023, and Project Portfolio Manager at Mercedes-Benz Bank AG from April 2017 to November 2019. Additionally, experience includes roles as Operations Excellence Manager and Specialist at Leadec, Junior HR Representative at Voith Industrial Services, and internships at Südwestdeutsche Medienholding and Daimler AG. Kristin holds a Master of Science in International Management from ESB Business School Reutlingen and the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Tübingen.
