Prior roles include Strategic Communications Director, Mercedes-Benz Motorsport Communications Director, Head of F1 Communications, and Communications Manager within the same organization. Bradley's previous experience includes Communications Manager at Daimler AG, Head of Communications at Renault F1 Team, Features Editor for F1 Racing, and Senior Press Officer at Renault F1 Team. Educational background includes a Master of Arts in English and Modern Languages from the University of Oxford, complemented by early schooling at Bedford School.
