Christian Damm is an experienced engineer in the motorsport industry, currently serving as a Simulator Development Engineer and Simulator Operator at Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team since May 2022. Previous roles include Simulation and Development Engineer at Asetek, ERS Engineer at Ferrari, and Vehicle Control Systems Lead at Oxford Brookes Racing. Additionally, Christian has held leadership positions, such as Team Leader at Brighton Racing Motors and Team Manager & Engineering Intern at MP Motorsport, where responsibilities included logistics and team coordination. Christian is the founder of The Formula Ford Project, overseeing a team while managing various operational aspects.
