Dean Carter has an extensive background in composite manufacturing, having worked in various roles such as Composite Customer Supply Team Leader and Clean-Room Team Leader. With experience in companies like Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team and Crosby Composites Ltd, Dean has also held positions like Clean-Room Supervisor and Composite Laminator. Dean graduated from Milton Keynes College Group with a Btec national diploma in Graphic Design.
