Graham Fletcher

Graham Fletcher is an experienced engineering professional in the field of control systems and embedded systems, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Performance at Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team since March 2006, Graham specializes in control systems design, development, and real-time implementations. Prior to this role, contributions were made as a Control Systems Engineer for INEOS TEAM UK during their America's Cup campaign and at McLaren Applied, where various positions were held, including Embedded Team Leader and Senior Embedded Software Engineer. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic Engineering from the University of East Anglia.
