Lauren Potts

Lauren Potts is an experienced powertrain control systems engineer and hydraulics technician currently working at Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team since February 2012. Previously, Lauren held roles at Williams F1 from January 2007 to January 2012, including hydraulic development technician and production control assistant, where responsibilities included assembly and testing of hydraulic units and scheduling production of metallic parts, respectively. Lauren began a career in June 2001 at Oak Tree Care as a personal assistant to the managing director, contributing to administrative tasks and company marketing efforts. Lauren earned a 2:1 BSc (Hons) in Product Design from the University of the West of England between 2004 and 2006.
