Amy Allmon

Amy Allmon is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategic support across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President and HR Business Partner at Mercer Advisors since January 2024, Amy previously held several pivotal roles at Charles Schwab from August 2015 to January 2024, including Director of Advisor Services Field Integration & Business Support, where responsibilities included enhancing the front-line employee experience and driving organizational priorities. During an extensive tenure at Allstate from 1995 to 2015, Amy managed teams in various capacities, focusing on corporate communications, sales support, and training initiatives. Amy holds a BS in Education and Social Policy from Northwestern University and an MBA in Leadership from Colorado Christian University.
