Holly Bartuska

Holly Bartuska is currently serving as Corporate Counsel Investigations at Mercer Advisors since December 2023. Prior to this role, Holly accumulated significant legal experience as an Attorney at Proctor Brant, P.C. from July 2016 to December 2023, specializing in commercial business litigation and various other legal fields. Holly previously worked as an Associate at Bremer Whyte Brown & O'Meara, focusing on business litigation, and at Amin Law Group, where responsibilities included drafting business agreements and handling pre-trial motions. Early in Holly's career, experience included roles as a Law Clerk at various law firms and internships, where tasks encompassed legal research, drafting legal documents, and assisting in settlement negotiations. Holly holds a Juris Doctor from Pepperdine Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Political Science, and Psychology from Purdue University.
