Inder Singh is currently the VP of Information Technology Services at Mercer County Community College. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Information Officer and Assistant Vice President at Springfield Technical Community College from January 2018 to March 2020. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of Information Technology services, developing strategic and operational IT plans to support both academic and administrative goals and objectives in secure and flexible IT infrastructure and user support services. Inder also developed IT strategies and plans to support college academic, administrative and facilities master plans while leveraging the current ERP system and improving business processes, reporting and data analytics.
Before joining Springfield Technical Community College, Inder Singh served as the Associate VP of Information Technology at The Culinary Institute of America from April 1986 to March 2015. In this role, they were responsible for the overall operation and management of the Information Technology Department, including planning, budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation. Inder also oversaw the development and implementation of information technology systems and applications across the institute.
Inder Singh has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Business Administration and Management, General. Inder also has a degree from Educause.
Inder Singh reports to Barbara Basel, Acting President. They are on a team with Robert Schreyer - VP, Academic Affairs, Joseph Claffey - VP, College Advancement, and Laura Schepps - VP, Finance & Administration.
