Kate Lepp

Kate Lepp has over a decade of experience in education, primarily as an elementary school teacher with the Mercer Island School District since 2010, where roles included first grade teacher and substitute teacher. Additional teaching experience includes a position as a teacher/librarian at Wing Luke Elementary School and serving as a substitute teacher for Seattle Public Schools. Kate served as president of the National Charity League, Lake Washington from June 2014 to August 2015. Prior to a career in education, Kate worked in various capacities including customer service, export logistics, and sales at Kraft General Foods from 1986 to 1994. Kate Lepp holds a Master in Teaching with a focus on elementary education from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Philosophy in Communication from Northwestern University.
