Holly Mercier

Holly Mercier is an accomplished professional in permit services with extensive experience in municipal roles. Currently serving as the Permit Services Manager for the City of Mercer Island since September 2015, Holly has previously held positions such as Permit Process Supervisor and Permit Coordinator within the same city. Prior experience includes a role as a Street Use Permit Reviewer for the City of Seattle and as a Building Permit Clerk for the City of West St. Paul. Holly's career began with various positions including Permit Coordinator for San Juan County, GPS Technician at microDATA GIS Inc., and a Field Associate with the Bureau of Land Management. Holly started in environmental service as a Corpsmember with EarthCorps. Holly earned a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Policy and Planning from Western Washington University between 2000 and 2003.
