Sarah Bluvas

Sarah Bluvas, MBA, is an experienced project manager with a proven track record in capital project management for municipal parks systems, currently serving as the CIP Project Manager for the City of Mercer Island since June 2018. Previous roles include Economic Development Coordinator and EOC Small Business Liaison for the same city, where Sarah supported economic development initiatives and assisted the small business community during the COVID-19 pandemic. Additional experience encompasses positions such as Arts & Culture Coordinator in Middleton, Creative Economy Manager for the National Park Service, and Public Programs Coordinator at the University of Kansas. Sarah holds an MBA from the Wisconsin School of Business and dual bachelor's degrees in Art History, English, and Journalism from the University of Kansas.
