Morgan Gabrielson

Morgan Gabrielson serves as the General Manager and Beverage Director at Mercer Street Hospitality since July 2022, alongside acting as Principal at Adventure in a Glass since January 2021, focusing on wine and beverage consulting. Previous experience includes General Manager roles at Joe's Imports, J9 Wine Bar, Chez Moi, and Bistrot Margot Inc, as well as a managerial position at Pasteur Restaurant and serving at Lucky Platter. Morgan holds a Bachelor's degree in Theater/Liberal Arts from Northwestern University, completed in 2002.
