Currently, Deepika serves as the Head of APAC Operations at Mercer Talent Enterprise since August 2015. Prior roles include serving as a Training Lead at Accenture from 2004 to 2008, a Facilitator at American Express from February 2002 to December 2003, and a Training Facilitator at GECIS between July 1999 and January 2002. Deepika holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Delhi University, completed in 1999, and attended the Indian School Muscat in Oman from 1992 to 1996.
