Gauri Gupta currently serves as the Chief Data Scientist and Head of Analytics & Technology at The Talent Enterprise, a position held since January 2013, where responsibilities include developing and maintaining the technology platform for data collection and reporting, as well as leading the analytics practice to create innovative solutions through advanced statistical modeling for research studies. Prior experience includes serving as Data Analytics Manager at Audi Canada from October 2016 to June 2020, and as Project Manager at Aon Hewitt from January 2010 to December 2012, where management of complex projects and operational support for Employee Engagement research were primary duties. Additionally, Gauri began a career as a Research Analyst at marketRx from May 2006 to May 2008. Education includes a Postgraduate Diploma in Communications Management specializing in Marketing, Data Analytics, and Market Research from Mudra Institute of Communications Ahmedabad (MICA) and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Delhi University.
