Shuja Shabandri is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in software development and management. Currently serving as the CTO at Mercer Talent Enterprise since December 2017, Shuja previously held the position of Technology Lead at Synechron and CTO at Growl Media, where expertise in mobile app development and scalable infrastructure was demonstrated. Shuja also contributed significantly to Flip (Powered by Publicis.Sapient) as Head of Web Technologies and Lead Product Manager, overseeing software development and managing a team of engineers. Earlier roles include Senior Web Developer at Gulf Ideas and Web Developer at Scepter Communications, focusing on ecommerce solutions.
