Hallie Rubin

Hallie Rubin, PA-C, is a dedicated Physician Assistant currently practicing at Winston Psychiatry since March 2024, while also serving as a Clinical Preceptor at Mercer University since June 2020, where responsibilities include teaching students in behavioral health rotations, guiding diagnostic techniques, and enhancing clinical learning experiences. Previous experience includes a role at Young Minds Psychiatry LLC from August 2019 to February 2024, where Hallie conducted psychiatric evaluations and coordinated patient care, as well as a position at Peachford Behavioral Health, providing inpatient and outpatient treatment. Hallie has also completed various clinical rotations and holds a Master of Medical Science from Mercer University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Biology, and Human Development from the University of Georgia.
