Seth Ralston

Seth Ralston is an experienced professional in women's basketball operations, currently serving as the Director of Women's Basketball Operations at Mercer University since May 2015. Previously, Ralston held positions at Austin Peay State University as both Assistant Women's Basketball Coach and Director of Basketball Operations, where responsibilities included on-court instruction, recruitment, team travel coordination, video coordination, and management of student staff. Ralston also worked as a Player Development Coach and Director of Operations at Evolution Skills Development, focusing on player training and camp organization. Early experience included roles as a Graduate Assistant and a Student Manager in basketball programs at both Austin Peay State University and Western Kentucky University. Ralston holds a Master of Science in Health and Human Performance with a concentration in Sport Leadership from Austin Peay State University and a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Western Kentucky University.
