Tangela Mitchell

Tangela Mitchell has extensive experience in higher education administration, currently serving as the Assistant Director for Equity and Compliance and previously holding multiple roles at Mercer University, including Assistant Director for Facilities and Administration, Coordinator of Student Affairs Services, and Housing Coordinator since August 2011. Prior experience includes positions as Housing Assistant at Mercer University from July 2008 to 2011, Funding Coordinator at Atlanta SurgiCenter from June 2005 to June 2008, and Resident Director roles at Spelman College and Bennett College in 2001 and 2004, respectively. Tangela Mitchell holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Leadership from Mercer University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Morris Brown College.
