Anand Kumar is an Enterprise Architect (AVP) at Mercer, with over 19 years of experience in RPA tools and IT delivery management. Anand began their career with the Indian Air Force as an Electronics Communication engineer before moving into IT, where they developed inventory and HR applications using Oracle technologies. Prior to their current role, Anand served as a Senior Project Manager at Mercer Investment Consulting, overseeing global IT financial products and leading project management initiatives. They have a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) and possess strong leadership skills, having successfully trained and motivated cross-cultural teams throughout their career.
