Andrew Grant

Andrew Grant, LCSW, is a Principal Consultant at MercerWELL, where they support organizations in evaluating and implementing behavioral health solutions to enhance employee mental wellness. Previously, Andrew managed the clinical and administrative delivery of ComPsych's integrated EAP and managed behavioral health products from 1999 to 2022. They also served as Manager of Care Management, Claims & Customer Service at ComPsych Corporation from 2010 to 2012. Andrew obtained their education at Loyola University Chicago from 1993 to 1995.
