Ania Manczyk is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and investment. Currently serving as Partner Co-Head for Europe at Mercer Switzerland since December 2024, Ania has previously held the position of Private Equity Partner at Mercer since June 2020. Ania’s career includes significant roles at Lombard Odier as VP Private Equity from November 2009 to May 2020, as well as an Associate position at Morgan Stanley (MSREF) from January 2008 to October 2009. Earlier experience encompasses roles as an Associate in Private Equity at AIG Global Investment Group and as an Analyst in Debt Capital Markets at ING Bank. Ania holds an MBA from IE Business School and a MA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
