Beth Walter

Beth Walter has extensive experience in both the education and consulting sectors, including roles at Aon Hewitt in Employee Benefits Operations and HR Consulting Sales Strategy, as well as serving as Choir Director and Music Teacher at Carl Sandburg Middle School. In the consulting field, Beth held various positions at Mercer from Senior Associate to Principal in Change Management and Communications Consulting from 2015 to 2020. Beth's academic background includes an MBA in Human Resources and Organizational Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BFA in Choral Music Education from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
