Brad Young is currently a Partner and Global co-CIO for Private Markets - Alternatives at Mercer and has held this position since 2018. They also serve as Managing Director and Head of Global Advisory at Pavilion Alternatives Group since 2016. Previously, Brad was a Partner at Altius Associates from 2004 to 2013, where they also held the role of Co-CEO and Head of Investments. Additionally, they were the Director at MIT from 1999 to 2004. Brad is currently pursuing education at Hampden-Sydney College.
