Carmen Yip

Carmen Yip is a consultant specializing in M&A deal advisory and change management. They began their career as an Officer of Global Talent Sourcing at AIESEC in HKBU, later gaining experience as a Human Resources Associate at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts. Carmen advanced their expertise at Mercer, where they held various roles culminating in Consulting Manager, focusing on M&A advisory. Additionally, they served as a consultant at KPMG, providing recruitment services and insights into HR developments. Carmen earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a double concentration in Human Resources Management and Marketing from Hong Kong Baptist University and studied International Business at Stockholm University.
