David Frederick

David Frederick, MBA, currently serves as a Principal at Mercer, bringing over a decade of experience in business development, vendor negotiations, and strategy, with a focus on merger and acquisition consulting, governance best practices, and cost analysis. Prior to this role, David co-chaired the Veterans & Supporters Inclusion and Diversity Network at Willis Towers Watson, promoting awareness of military veterans and reservists issues, and served as Associate Director, guiding corporate sponsors on defined contribution plans and analyzing M&A activities. David started the professional journey as a Consultant at Wells Fargo, assisting plan sponsors in fiduciary liability management, and has military experience as an Air Force Pilot. David holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor's of Science from the United States Air Force Academy.
