David Ruger

David Ruger is currently a Principal Consultant at Mercer, specializing in HR Digital Transformation and Employee Experience Design. They previously held positions such as Global Director of Employee Experience at Nike and Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder of Life's Work Physical Therapy and Corporate Wellness. David's career began with roles in intranet management at adidas, followed by digital brand strategy at ZCom and as a consultant. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Advertising Management at Portland State University.
