Declan O' Brien

Declan O'Brien is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client operations and investment consulting across prestigious financial institutions. O'Brien began a career at GE Financial Markets as a Junior Analyst and honed skills further at Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley in various analytical and consultancy roles. After serving as an Investor Services Consultant at Morgan Stanley, O'Brien transitioned to Deutsche Bank as an Associate and later joined Man Group as a Client Operations Manager. Currently, O'Brien leads as Client Director and Head of Strategic Initiatives at Mercer, engaging directly with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to shape and implement strategic changes. O'Brien holds a Master of Science in Behavioral Economics from City, University of London, and degrees in International Business and European Business from Northeastern University and Dublin City University, respectively.
