Derek Cushman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the advisory and consulting sectors. Currently serving as a Partner and Multinational Advisory Leader for the West Zone at Mercer since October 2014, Derek has held various leadership positions, including Principal. Prior to Mercer, Derek worked at Towers Watson from May 2009 to October 2014 as a Chairman's Fellow and Consulting Actuary, and earlier at Mercury Insurance in claims from September 2006 to May 2009.
