Derek Teo possesses extensive experience in human resources and organizational development across various industries. At AIA, Derek served as Deputy Manager for Culture and Communications, focusing on internal communications and employee engagement initiatives. Subsequently, at Amgen, Derek took on the role of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Manager, tackling challenges related to building a diverse workforce. Previously, at LTA (Singapore), Derek was Deputy Manager for Employer Branding, strategizing recruitment and marketing campaigns. As an Independent Consultant from 2018 to 2021, Derek offered strategic HR consultancy and career coaching, certified as a Global Career Development Facilitator. In earlier roles, Derek worked as Deputy Manager for Talent Acquisition at PSA, managing high-volume recruitment, and held positions at Mercer and People First HR Consultancy providing employee experience and consultancy services.
