Donna Biggs

Donna Biggs is the current HR Director at Mercer. Donna has been with the company since January 2000 and has held a variety of roles during their tenure. Donna is responsible for the digital strategy for the Mercer Marsh Benefits business in the UK. Prior to joining Mercer, Donna worked for Sedgwick Noble Lowndes and Medisure in a variety of roles.

Donna Biggs reports to Achim Lüder, Chief People Officer. They work with Camilla Moen - HR Manager, Siobhan Martin - Executive Director, HR, and Lana Maksimovic - Head of HR.
