Fiona Doherty is currently the Head of DC Consulting and a Partner at Mercer, where they have led the development and implementation of DC strategy, people, and solutions. Fiona has held various roles within Mercer since 2001, including Senior Client Director, where they advised trustee and corporate groups on pension scheme issues. They previously led a team of client directors and began their career as a Trainee Actuary and Pensions Consultant. Fiona holds a BComm (Int) in Commerce with French from University College Dublin, graduating in 2001.
