Graeme Cook

Graeme Cook has extensive experience in global total rewards strategy and implementation, having worked across five countries on three continents. They served as the Head of Total Rewards for Global Functions at Philip Morris International from 2022 to 2023, leading a team responsible for central functions and various benefits programs. Previously, they held multiple roles at Philip Morris, including Manager of Executive Compensation and Manager People & Culture Insights, where they focused on compensation strategy and leadership development. Graeme also worked as an International Benefits Consultant at Mercer, specializing in benefit design and efficient program delivery for multinational clients. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from the University of Alberta, along with additional leadership certifications from the University of St. Gallen.
