HR Transformation Consultant at Mercer

Heather Frank is an HR Transformation Consultant at Mercer. Heather was previously the Director, HR Transformation Project Lead at Elanco from January 2017 to January 222. In this role, they were responsible for reviewing existing global HR processes to identify opportunities to standardize, simplify and optimize. Heather also developed an HR process improvement prioritization plan and budget, ensuring alignment with the global HR operating model, HR Strategy, and people strategy. Additionally, they led and managed process improvement initiatives associated with global HR processes using Workday and Service Now Platform.

Before their time at Elanco, Heather was the Sr Associate Director, HR & Labor Relations at Boehringer Ingelheim Vetmedica Inc. from March 2011 to January 2017. In this role, Heather was responsible for managing all aspects of employee and labor relations for 2,500 employees in 25 states. This included handling investigations of employee misconduct, policy interpretation and administration, coaching and counseling employees and managers on policies and procedures, and serving as a resource on employment law compliance.

Heather is also a business owner, having owned The Lucky Donkey Bar and Grill LLC from March 2018 to March 2021.

Heather Frank has a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Penn State University. Heather also has a Bachelor's degree in Art/Art Studies, General from Iowa State University. Heather Frank is certified by SHRM as a SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) and by the HR Certification Institute as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
