Inge West is a Senior Sustainable Investment Specialist at Mercer’s European Investment Solutions business in London, where they guide the implementation of sustainable investment practices and focus on integrating sustainability factors within investment strategies. Previously, Inge spent three years in Mercer’s Global Sustainable Investment team, supporting institutional investors and contributing to intellectual capital in the field. Prior to Mercer, Inge was the Head of Responsible Investing at Alexander Forbes Investments from 2010 to 2016 and also served as an Institutional Client Manager there. Inge began their career as an Analyst at Deutsche Bank from 2008 to 2010. They hold a Bachelor of Business Science with Honours in Finance from the University of Cape Town, completed in 2007.
