Jack Jones

Jack Jones is a seasoned professional in the field of compensation and total rewards, currently serving as Principal Consultant at Mercer since November 2021, after progressing from the role of Senior Consultant. Prior to Mercer, Jack worked at Segal as a Compensation Consultant from July 2017 to November 2021. Jack's career began at Cohen & Company, where a combination of Senior Associate and Associate positions were held from July 2013 to June 2017. Early experience includes a Human Resources Associate role at The University of Akron in 2012. Jack holds dual degrees from Ohio University, a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Law.
