Jane Mann is an executive coach and facilitator who founded True Talent in 2010, focusing on developing leaders and organizations. Currently, Jane works with Ideas Unlimited and Mercer, designing innovative leadership development programs for prominent companies. With a background in HR roles at npower and Boots UK, Jane’s expertise includes leadership transitions and team development.
