Jen Scharff

Jen Scharff is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in global marketing and communications across prominent organizations. Currently serving as Global Marketing Leader for Career at Mercer since June 2025, Scharff has held senior roles including SVP of Global Marketing & Communications at RGP and SVP of Global Head of Marketing & Communications at LHH. Prior to these positions, Scharff led marketing initiatives at the Project Management Institute and Korn Ferry, managing large teams and substantial budgets while enhancing brand awareness and engagement. Scharff began a career in marketing and corporate communications at Janney Montgomery Scott LLC and WTW, focusing on business development and client relations. An alumnus of Saint Joseph's University with a Master's in International Marketing, Scharff also pursued executive education at prestigious institutions including Kellogg and Harvard Business School.
