Joe Chatelle

Joe Chatelle serves as a Principal at Mercer since January 2003 and has been a member of the Board of Directors for The Wooden Floor, a creative youth development nonprofit, since January 2018. Additionally, Joe holds a position as a member of the Board of Advisors for the Center for Leadership at California State University, Fullerton, contributing to the development of leadership capacity within the community. Previously, Joe was an Executive Board Member at the YMCA of Anaheim from June 1998 to June 2008, where responsibilities included chairing the Compensation and Human Resource Committees. Joe also has experience as Vice President at Employee Support Systems Company from July 1997 to December 2002 and was involved in Risk Management at National Fuel Gas from May 1990 to June 1997. Joe holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems and an MBA in Business/Finance, both from Canisius University.
